Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and there will be times when you will need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

If you provide notice of cancellation with 48 hours of your scheduled session, there will be no payment due

If it is within 48 hours of your session, payment will be due, I will endeavour to re-arrange your cancelled session within the same week.

No Show / No prior notice of cancellation - Full payment will be expected
