About Me

I am a fully qualified BA (honours) & MBACP registered, Humanistic & Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work from my private practice in Chandlers Ford, providing face-to-face and online counselling.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and aim to work within their ethical framework. Working ethically and to the highest expected standard.

As well as my private practice I have previously worked at a local secondary school counselling 11-16-year-olds. 

I also continue to work at a charity-based counselling service in Southampton, offering counselling to adults with a vast range of counselling needs.
