About Me

I am a fully qualified Humanistic Counsellor. I work from my private practice in Chandlers Ford, providing face-to-face and online counselling.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and aim to work within their ethical framework. Working ethically and to the highest expected standard.

I have previously worked at a local secondary school counselling 11-16-year-olds. 

I also work at a charity-based counselling service in Southampton, offering counselling to adults with a vast range of counselling needs.
